You will enable students to live the Murrow legacy of ethics, courage, and innovation as they develop their writing and storytelling skills in and out of the classroom and around the world. Steele Hoover & Hoover Student Excellence Endowment:
Our students will grow through your investment in Murrow Center for Student Success programming. You gift will enable students to interact with Murrow Mentors for portfolio development, professional guidance, and international learning experience.

 

Keith and Turi Jackson Excellence Fund:

Keith Jackson, '54 believed in students. Your gift will ensure student scholarship and access to professional experiences. His legacy will endure in students, making them digitally competitive, culturally engaged, and globally savvy.

 

Jay and Retha Rockey Communication Excellence Fund:

In keeping with the values of our namesake, the Murrow College turns to you to honor another trailblazer in communications, Jay Rockey. Your gift will provide Murrow students with the inspiration and skills to perpetuate the honorable legacy of the leaders who came before them. You will provide students with practical experience long before they graduate. You will develop their ability to put classroom learning into real-world action. You will enable them to develop the intellectual prowess and technological know-how to communicate with integrity. You will leave a lasting legacy to Jay Rockey.

 

Murrow Innovation Fund:
By connecting Murrow students' creativity with professional opportunities, experiential learning, digital media expertise, and cutting-edge tools and programs, you will help maintain the Murrow College's reputation as an authority and leader in new media and emerging technologies.

 

Glenn A. Johnson Endowed Professorship:

You likely know the major impact that WSU professor and Pullman Mayor Glenn Johnson has had on the world of broadcasting, The Murrow College and, quite possibly, your own life. He's the voice of the Cougars, filling Friel Court and Martin Stadium with enthusiasm, "And that's another Cougar first down!" Perhaps he gave you or someone you care about the chance to turn a WSU communications degree into a dream career. Help support student journalism excellence through the Glenn Johnson Endowed Professorship.
