A successful medical college must recruit diverse, highly-qualified students who possess a strong work ethic, an excellent history of accomplishments, a commitment to service, and a mind and heart for medicine.
The Elson S. Floyd College of Medicine will welcome 60 of these students—exceptional trailblazers and innovators—into its inaugural “Charter Class” in August 2017. A charter class is special, because its legacy sets the tone for every class to follow.
“60 for 60”
With this in mind, the Elson S. Floyd College of Medicine launched the 60 for 60 Endowed Scholarship Initiative to ensure each charter student receives scholarship assistance. We aim to establish 60 endowed scholarships—one for each student in the charter class.
You can empower these remarkable students and build a strong foundation of support to benefit each class that follows. Our students need your support. When you invest in our students, you invest in the future health of our communities throughout Washington State.
Giving Tuesday was a success, because of YOU! Thank you to all who participated!
