From London rooftop broadcasts during World War II raids, to his exposés of McCarthyism in the early 1950s, Edward R. Murrow, '30 is known for taking his audience places they had never been and allowing them to experience things they could never imagine.
True to this legacy, The Edward R. Murrow College of Communication is dedicated to providing students—the communications professionals of the future—the same level of inspiration, experience, and real-world education.
Students can pursue one of three fields of study—Communication and Society, Journalism and Media Production, or Strategic Communication—for a well-rounded, diverse, and unique academic experience. Murrow College encourages students to break free from the classroom, offering a real-world experience like no other program in the Pacific Northwest.
On Giving Tuesday, please support our namesake’s legacy as we educate the next generation of communications professionals.
Giving Tuesday was a success, because of YOU! Thank you to all who participated!
