WSUV Student Emergency Fund (WSU Vancouver Annual Fund) Many members of the Cougar family have inquired about the best ways to help students facing hardships or experiencing additional needs during this time. Funds will be used to provide broad assistance to students facing hardships or urgent necessities. The impact of the pandemic on our students has been significant and your support with these emergency needs will be much appreciated.
Second Chance Scholarship at WSU Vancouver This scholarship fund supports students who are one to three semesters from graduation and, due to financial pressures, are at risk of dropping out of school. This scholarship keeps students enrolled at the very moment they are in arm’s reach of completing their degree.
LGBTQ+ Empowerment Scholarship at Washington State University Vancouver This scholarship supports students who are active leaders in the LGBTQ+ community, LGBTQ+ groups at the university and have overcome challenges related to their identity, while pursuing their educational goals.
WSU Vancouver Fund for Recruitment and Support of BIPOC Students This donor-established fund provides resources to recruit BIPOC (Black, Indigenous and People of Color) students to graduate programs. The fund also supports much-needed summer research stipends for undergraduate and graduate students of color.
