Provosts Office Student Success Initiatives
Student success initiatives are developed and operated by the Office of Academic Engagement.

OAE was created in 2017 to help ensure all Cougs have the opportunity to be successful and participate in WSU’s high-impact practices and transformative experiences. Since then, we’ve raised over $22.6M in grants and gifts to support students, served over 1,800 Cougs every year with everything from scholarships to advising to experiential opportunities, employed over 186 undergraduate and graduate students, and transformed an unused historic space on campus into a vibrant student service center. And we are just getting started. Please consider joining us in the next phase of student success programming at WSU.
