Give New Hope for Cancer Care

The Veterinary Teaching Hospital Needs New Radiation Therapy Equipment!

Each year, WSU’s Veterinary Teaching Hospital (VTH) treats more than 300 dogs and cats for cancer. A new linear accelerator, or LINAC, will advance the hospital’s capability for successful treatment. This safer, more accurate machine better directs radiation to the tumor while protecting surrounding healthy tissues. And the dose rate can be moderated, which reduces treatment time for the animal.

Your invaluable contribution will increase the possibility for animals with cancer to live longer, healthier lives−and bring hope to those who love them.
