Each year, four emerging scholars receive $1,000 to advance their research or present their work at events such as the WSU Pullman SURCA conference. “My interest in conducting mentored research at WSUE stems from the university’s strong emphasis on practical, hands-on learning and its robust support for interdisciplinary projects.
