What makes WSU Vancouver special?
Small Campus, Big Opportunities: As the only four-year research university in Southwest Washington, WSU Vancouver offers the personalized attention of a small campus with the resources of a research university. With a student-to-faculty ratio of 14:1, students receive individualized guidance while earning a WSU degree respected by employers.
A Supportive, Accessible Campus: Nearly half of WSU Vancouver students receive federal financial aid, and students benefit from personalized teaching, hands-on learning, and the guidance they need to succeed. The campus also offers opportunities to get involved, connect with others, and grow both inside and outside the classroom.
Thank you for your commitment to building an outstanding experience for all WSU Vancouver students. Below are our CougsGive priorities.
WSU Vancouver Scholarship Fund provides essential financial assistance to students pursuing their degrees. Your support expands access to a WSU Vancouver education and opens doors for talented students to achieve their goals. Changes in federal support make discretionary scholarships especially vital in helping students pursue their degrees. Together, we’re investing in the next generation of Cougs.
WSU Vancouver Cougar Food Pantry Fund provides free groceries and essential items to students across our campus community. Contributions keep the pantry stocked and ensure Cougs have reliable access to the nourishment they need to focus on their education. This fall alone, pantry visits exceeded the total number recorded during the entire previous academic year. Rising demand makes support from donors more important than ever.
Undergraduate Research Fellowship at WSU Vancouver provides undergraduate students the opportunity to work side‑by‑side with faculty on research projects. Your support gives students hands-on experience, strengthens their education, and helps spark new discoveries.
