Maker's Club Tri Cities
Aesthetically Pleasing, Functional Engineering

The Makers Club at WSU Tri-Cities represents a maker space where we value student engagement and group involvement in aesthetically pleasing, functional engineering, and design projects. We will also work as a group to provide experience in teamwork, project management, and engineering fundamentals while creating a constructive and inclusive community of makers.

Our Goal: Compete in the 2027 International Rocket Engineering Competition (IREC) launch. Traveling with around 12 members means significant airfare and transportation costs. We plan on purchasing rocket kits for the team to build knowledge and start working on the IREC competition in the fall. That includes a L2 launch and start working on a L2 launch so members can get their National Association of Rocketry (NAR) certification.

Your donation to the WSU Tri-Cities Makers Club directly supports:

  • Travel and airfare
  • Equipment and Rocket kits
  • Equipment repairs

With your support, we can keep achieving our goals.
