The Pre-Physician Assistant Club aims to familiarize students interested in becoming Physician Assistants with the admissions process for Physician Assistant schools as well as the duties associated with the profession. Students will become familiar with the life of a Physician Assistant through guest speakers and community service opportunities. We are an informative club with meetings based around giving information about the profession, the GRE, PA-CAT, CASPA (online application process to all PA schools), etc. Furthermore, we aid in professional development opportunities by hosting skill building events, facilitating connections with industry professionals, and providing workshops to improve interviews, personal statements, and resumes. Community involvement is an important value to us, as we participate in various community service and fundraising events to aid local philanthropic efforts and help club members develop their leadership and interpersonal skills. We strive to create a community of camaraderie and fellowship.
