The WSU Software Development Club is a community of student developers dedicated to learning and building impactful software. We bring together Cougs from a variety of majors who are eager to develop new skills and prepare for careers in software and technology. Our members have designed and developed several innovative applications, including a college football app and a machine learning model that predicts college football outcomes. A museum has also contacted us to create an app that helps transcribe old newspapers, showing our impact at a broader level. Hosting these apps and their databases can become expensive, especially since we build these projects for free and often pay out of pocket.
