Swim Club
Swimming into Success

The WSU Swim Club strives to proudly represent the Cougs in and out of the water. We work to provide resources for dedicated persons to build skills through training hard and competing throughout the year. In 2024, we sent nine swimmers to the College Club Swimming (CCS) Western Regional Championships, and 2025 we sent 11 swimmers and one coach. Additionally, in 2025, we sent one swimmer to the 2025 TYR CCS National Championships in Arizona.

We have the goal of sending more swimmers to the 2026 CCs Western Regionals next year while also replacing and/or adding more equipment to our facility to host meets more regularly. Traveling to Regionals with at least eight swimmers leads us to face significant airfare and lodging costs, and we want to bring as many as we can. The equipment we use to run meets here in Gibb Pool must be upgraded and/or replaced, which is a significant cost.

Our swimmers contribute where they can with dues and a small travel fee, but that alone is only enough to cover facility rentals for us to continue to swim. We would love your support in continuing to build our club and get our name out across the country through traveling and hosting events. Thank you!
