Pre-Med Advisory Program (PAP)
The Next Generation of Healthcare Professionals

The Pre-med Advisory Program (PAP) at Washington State University supports undergraduate students pursuing careers in healthcare by providing mentorship, professional development, and early exposure to healthcare pathways. At a rural campus where many students lack access to professional networks, PAP connects students with physicians, medical students, researchers, and healthcare professionals who help guide their journey.

On April 13, 2026, PAP hosted the Pre-Health Spring Symposium in the CUB Senior Ballroom, a large-scale conference expected that served nearly 350 students. The event featured physician and student panels, a healthcare resource fair, mentorship opportunities, research exposure, professional networking, and career development resources designed to help students gain clarity and confidence as they prepare for healthcare careers.

Donations through #CougsGive will directly support student meals, educational materials, and conference resources, ensuring the symposium remains free and accessible to all participants. Your support helps remove financial barriers and expands access to mentorship and opportunity for the next generation of healthcare leaders at Washington State University.
