WSU’s College of Veterinary Medicine prioritizes creating an open and welcoming environment for all. Our mission is to contribute to a field representative of all by creating and sustaining equitable opportunities through holistic practices and policies for all members of our college, students, staff, faculty, and alums.

We work together to bolster professions of human health, interdisciplinary biomedical research, veterinary medicine, and all adjacent practices. Through our evolving education, innovations, and collaborations, we create leaders who understand the unique needs of a community and incorporate that knowledge to advance the health and welfare of animals and humans.
