4-H Youth Development
4-H Youth Development: Spokane County 4-H Budget and Fundraising Committee’s Scholarship Fund

4-H is a program of Washington State University Extension, collaboratively managed by the U.S. Department of Agriculture, WSU, and local counties. It stands as the largest youth development organization in the nation, thriving in urban, suburban, rural, and small-town communities alike. This support will enable the provision of post-secondary scholarships, facilitate travel for state and national 4-H events for both members and chaperones, and promote positive youth development through Spokane 4-H programs and activities.
