The Bachelor of Science in Data Analytics was first offered at WSU in Fall 2015 with 10 majors. In Fall 2022 the degree had a total of 259 majors with numbers increasing every year. Our students are well-trained in Math, Statistics, Computer Science, and Data classes along with their chosen field of application. Data Analytics is one of the most sought after professions these days. In our student centric program we educate students in the art and science of data and give them hands-on training through internships and capstone projects. This program has been successful in being the first 4 year program to be given the “Career Launch” certification by Career Connect WA enabling internship opportunities for our students. Our ultimate goal is training of well-balanced, knowledgeable, ethical data citizens who will play a crucial role in building the future for generations to come!
